Pottery Club

Pottery Club is a fun and relaxed time to:

·            Complete the Clay project of  the week or Work on your own clay project

·  Improve/practice your throwing skills— this is not a lesson, a basic level of throwing skills will be required, help will be given but in the main you are expected to be able to work on your own. 

Where : We have a fully equipped pottery studio with pottery tools/equipment and four potters wheels.  The Club is held in our studio in:

  ‘The Old Garage’, Quinceborough Farm, Leverlake Road, Widemouth Bay, Cornwall EX23 0AE 

When :  Places are limited to 8 and will run on  Tuesday evenings—18.30—21.00  and Wednesday mornings —10.00 to 12.30.  Dates for this term: every Tuesday and Wednesday except : 19th & 20th February and 8th & 9th, 15th & 16th April.

To join: you will need to book an induction to the pottery club cost £20- book ‘here’ or see contact details below—this will include health & safety, use of equipment/materials, cleaning and storage of projects. Available spaces will be released to book 6 days in advance.

 Cost : £20 per session or book 6 sessions for price of 5—£100.  These can be paid and booked at the Club.

Firing and glazing costs are in addition  (this starts from £6 per item and will depend on weight and shape of item being fired).
